The Pre-Primary Section of Unity College celebrated Orange Day with immense enthusiasm and joy on October 18, 2025. The little learners of Lower Nursery, Upper Nursery, and Prep Classes arrived in bright shades of orange, transforming the campus into a lively sea of colour. The cheerful hue, symbolising warmth, happiness, and creativity, perfectly matched the excitement on every young face.
A variety of engaging craft activities added fun and learning to the day. The tiny tots of Lower Nursery created adorable 'Orange Carrots' using orange and green A4 sheets, decorating them with googly eyes and happy smiles. The children of Upper Nursery crafted expressive 'Tiger Faces' using yellow and orange sheets, proudly showing off their playful creations. Meanwhile, the energetic students of Prep enjoyed making 'Orange Smiley Crafts' with straws dipped in orange paint and later relished cups of refreshing orange juice, adding a delightful touch to the celebration.
The event beautifully blended creativity and learning, helping children recognise and appreciate the colour orange through joyful, hands-on experiences. The classrooms glowed with laughter, warmth, and enthusiasm as the little ones proudly displayed their vibrant crafts, carrying home not only their colourful creations but also memories of a bright and cheerful day well spent.
