A WEEK OF GIVING: FOUNDER'S DAY TRIBUTE AT UNITY COLLEGE
On the occasion of the martyrdom anniversary of Hazrat Fatima Zehra (SA), an Essay Writing and Essay Recitation Competition was organised by the Centre for Education and Training Trust on November 25, 2025, at ChhotaImambada, Husainabad. Four students from Unity College also participated in the event, and all of them were honoured with prestigious prizes.
The participating students from class IX-B were Mohd Akhar, Masooma Fatima, TasbeehFatiha, and Fariya Fatima Rizvi. Notably, Masooma Fatima received a special prize of ₹500 for her commendable essay as well as her impressive recitation.
Principal Mr Deepak Mervyn Mathews and Vice Principal Mr Sachindra Bharti congratulated the young achievers on their success. Mr Mathews motivated the students, emphasising that more children should take part in writing competitions, as such platforms allow them to express themselves confidently in English and assess their abilities at an international level.
