Soft hues of purple gently filled the classrooms as the Pre-Primary Section conducted the Purple Day Activity on January 28, 2026. With curious minds and eager hands, students from Lower Nursery, Upper Nursery and Prep explored the colour purple through thoughtfully planned creative tasks, in the presence of the Pre-Primary Coordinator, Ms SabicaZehra.

Dressed in delightful shades of purple, the children added warmth and vibrancy to the learning space. Lower Nursery learners engaged in lavender thumb-printing, a sensory-rich activity that strengthened fine motor skills and early colour awareness. Upper Nursery students crafted charming purple brinjals using glitter sheets, coloured papers and decorative elements, encouraging creativity while refining cutting and pasting skills. Prep students created imaginative fish aquarium models with purple cut-outs and paper plates, promoting hand–eye coordination and expressive thinking.

The activity unfolded in a joyful yet focused atmosphere, with children actively participating and proudly presenting their artwork. It concluded smoothly, reinforcing colour recognition while nurturing creativity through playful, meaningful and memorable learning experiences.
