The Times NIE Merit Awards & Education Fair 2026 was held on 29 May, 2026 at Hotel Clarks Avadh, Hazratganj, Lucknow. The event brought together meritorious students from various schools to celebrate their academic achievements and provide guidance for their future educational pursuits.

Students of Unity College participated in the programme and were recognised for their outstanding academic performance.

An Education Fair was organised alongside the awards ceremony, offering class XII graduates an opportunity to interact with representatives from leading universities and receive free career counselling. The initiative enabled students to explore a wide range of academic programmes and make informed decisions regarding their higher education.

The students attended the event under the guidance of Principal Mr Deepak Mervyn Mathews, Vice Principal Mr Sachindra Bharti and Counsellor Ms Ghazala Jafri. Mr Mathews and Mr Bharti also congratulated the award recipients and appreciated the efforts of the organisers in providing a platform that both recognised academic excellence and assisted students in planning their future careers.
