The objective of this All India Online Painting Competition was to encourage students to share their creative ideas to overcome COVID-19 and to spread awareness for safety and precautions against this pandemic. The large-scale competition was not restricted to any one medium, but the aspirants were given an open opportunity to unleash their novel ideas and aesthetic tastes through watercolors, pastels, pencils, acrylic, crayons, oil paints, charcoal, paper cuttings, etc. A good number of students of Unity College right from Class I to XII participated in all the three categories- A, B & C, and made enthusiastic entries of Artistic Expressions. In group A, Wajeeha Jafri of Class V-C won the 1st prize with her painting depicting the topic, “Precaution and Safety in Covid-19”.
