A special assembly honouring the birth anniversary of the Holy Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and the 6th Imam, Imam Jafar As-Sadiq (A.S) was conducted by the Primary Section of Unity College, Lucknow, on 3rdOctober, 2023. The divine assembly commenced with a soulful recitation of the verses from the Holy Quran, followed by the pledge. 

The highlight of the assembly was a captivating experiment dedicated to Imam Jafar As-Sadiq (A.S.) conducted by students of class V, emphasising Imam Sadiq’s remarkable legacy as a fountain of knowledge. The festive assembly highlighted Imam Jafar As-Sadiq’s contributions to various fields, including Science, Biology, and Astronomy. It was revealed that Imam Sadiq (A.S.) founded an impressive 4000 global universities, with numerous renowned scholars, including the Father of Chemistry, Geber bin Hayan, being his esteemed student.

The recitation of a melodious and divine naat, ‘Ya Man SalaitaBikulliAnbiya’, added a spiritual dimension to the assembly. The assembly concluded on a patriotic note with the recitation of the National Anthem.

The special assembly served as a profound tribute to the Holy Prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and Imam Jafar As-Sadiq (A.S.), celebrating their invaluable contributions to knowledge and education.
