On May 1, 2024, Unity College celebrated Labour Day with a series of thoughtful gestures aimed at recognising and appreciating the hard work and dedication of its support staff. The day commenced with the distribution of refreshments, including samosas, and juice, to provide a moment of respite and appreciation for the tireless efforts of the support staff. Each member was also given a bottle for carrying water during the hot summer days.

One of the notable highlights of the day was the generous contributions made by students from Lower Nursery to class V. These students, inspired by the spirit of giving, donated items worth Rs. 10 each, ranging from biscuits, bread, and jam to essential daily items such as soaps, shampoos, detergents, and toothpaste. The collective contributions were carefully packed and distributed among the support staff as tokens of gratitude.
