In response to the pressing relevance of banking in modern transactions, a dynamic Counselling Session was conducted on May 14, 2024, for class XII Commerce students. The session, led by Mr Najib Rizvi, a distinguished alumnus of the 2007 batch and currently the Branch Manager at Kotak Mahindra Bank, Rajajipuram Branch, offered invaluable insights.
Hosted by Principal Mr Deepak Mervyn Mathews, and Vice Principal Mr Sachindra Bharti, the event was a reunion of sorts for Mr Rizvi, warmly welcomed back to his alma mater. Orchestrated by College Counsellor Ms Nisar Fatima, the session emphasised the significance of practical training over theoretical learning in corporate environments.
Mr Rizvi adeptly navigated discussions on post-class XII academic choices for aspiring bankers and illuminated the current inflation landscape. The school administration expressed gratitude for his mentorship, underscoring the session's informative and engaging nature.
