UNITY COLLEGE CELEBRATES TAEKWONDO TRIUMPH

Unity College witnessed a proud moment when Hussain Mehndi(XII-B) won the District Taekwondo Championship organised by the Uttar Pradesh Taekwondo Association (UPTA) and the Government of India. Hussain secured a Gold Medal at the District level and a Bronze Medal at the State level in the Official Taekwondo Championship. His first fight was against the Rae Bareli team from the Sports Authority of India, which he won with a 10:4 score. Although he lost in the semifinals to a UP Police player, Hussain's achievements are commendable. Vice Principal Mr Sachindra Bharti acknowledged his efforts in the school assembly and congratulated him on this remarkable accomplishment.
