SCIENTIST VISITS UNITY FARM
The Parents’ Orientation for Upper Nursery and Prep was held on April 22, 2025, with the aim of acquainting parents with the curriculum, teaching methodologies, school policies, and daily routines. Pre-Primary Coordinator Ms Sabica Zehra familiarised the audience with the members of the management team through a PPT, including Secretary Mr Najmul Hasan Rizvi, Jt Secretary Dr M Talha, and Principal Mr Deepak Mervyn Mathews. This was followed by a presentation by Ms Shazia Anjum, who elaborated on various aspects of the curriculum, motor skills development, and hygiene practices through a detailed PPT. The class teachers of all sections were also present. The session also provided insights into classroom activities, discipline strategies, and how the school supports children’s overall development. Parents were introduced to communication platforms and participated in a Q&A session. Principal Mr Mathews concluded by encouraging a strong parent-school partnership, using the analogy of shaping a pitcher with both hands, and expressed gratitude for the parents’ involvement.
