Unity College is proud to be a part of Rehnuma’s pilot program – Rehnuma @ Unity since 2021. The pilot program’s goal is to provide quality and tailored mentorship for all students of Unity College including and above class VIIII ( > 600 students )

About the Program

Rehnuma – is a mentorship program to help connect students with working professionals who belong to similar communities and backgrounds. Through the one-on-one sessions, the program provides a safe space where these students can discuss their aspirations, career goals and anything under the sun with the working professionals as their mentors. The program is supported by Tauheedul Muslimeen Trust (TMT) – a registered Indian Trust promoting education and healthcare services for underprivileged community, and will scale nationally to provide the students in schools supported by TMT and beyond.

Our Vision & Mission is to make the experiences of the working professionals available to the students belonging to socially and economically weaker sections of society, helping these students to achieve their true potential.

Najmul Hasan Rizvi

Program Patron

Mr. Najmul Hasan Rizvi is the Secretary, Tauheedul Muslimeen Trust (TMT) & Unity College Managing Committee. An ex-investment banker, he has been working to empower the marginalised section of society for more than a decade. An early believer in the Rehnuma program – he has been the program supporter from get go and provided necessary support through Tauheedul Muslimeen Trust (TMT).

Mohd Ahmad

Program Founder

Mr. Mohd Ahmad is currently a Scientist/Engineer at Indian Space Research Organisation. A deeply passionate teacher and mentor – Rehnuma was his vision to support socially and economically weak students.

Mr. Sachindra Bharti is Vice Principal, Unity College. He is the Program Coordinator of Rehnuma at Unity College. He is responsible for the coordination and execution of the Rehnuma’s pilot program at the College.
