A seminar for Urdu teachers was organised on  September 6, 2025, in the Conference Room, coordinated by Principal Mr Deepak Mervyn Mathews, Vice Principal Mr Sachindra Bharti, and teacher Ms Nilofer Jafri. The event brought together faculty members from both the First and Second Shifts, providing them with an opportunity to learn, share, and reflect on their teaching practices.

The session was conducted by Lecturer Dr ReshmaParveen from KhunkhunJi Degree College, who highlighted several key aspects essential for the growth and promotion of the Urdu language. Among the important points discussed were the need to promote Urdu, update knowledge and skills, dedicate time for self-study, and encourage students to develop an interest in the subject. The session also shed light on exploring the works of contemporary poets, critics, and notable books, ensuring that teachers remain well-informed and engaged with current trends in Urdu literature.

The motivational seminar was highly appreciated by all attendees. Teachers found the discussion engaging and the recommendations valuable, as they provided practical guidance for enriching classroom teaching. Participants expressed that the seminar not only deepened their understanding but also inspired them to adopt new approaches in nurturing students’ love for Urdu.

Overall, the seminar proved to be an enlightening  experience, reinforcing the importance of continuous learning and collective efforts in preserving and promoting the beauty of the Urdu language.
