I will always remain thankful to Late. Maulana Kalbe Sadiq Sb for giving us this great Institution and encouraging people towards education. Unity College was his vision, and not only quality education but he has also given us the best of infrastructure and other facilities. 

The establishment of Unity College by our Guardian Angel Dr. S. Kalbe Sadiq Sir is a boon for the Community and I am one of its fruits. Janab’s inspiring words- “Students remember that whatever you do in your life, just be the best in it” and “There is no shortcut to success” will always be the hallmarks of good values and pinnacle of success.  

At a time when we as a community were busy fighting over trivial things in life, a revolutionist in the attire of a cleric rose to shape lives of many blooming buds. When our community was sleeping over impending storms of illiteracy and poverty, our Founder President Dr. Syed Kalbe Sadiq Sb prepared substance that carved structures that we are cherishing and adoring even now.  

My schooling has really groomed me for the rest of my life. I remember once after recess I went out for some work to the Principal’s office, there in the Corridor I saw Dr. Kalbe Sadiq Sahab himself picking up trash from the floor (that which students had left during recess). This incident is enough to describe his incredibly inspirational personality. 

I observed since I was in the lower classes, the mission of our College Founder, Dr. Kalbe Sadiq, to make education the hallmark of our community. It always remained in the back of everyone’s minds right from the administrative staff to teachers and students, and this made sure that the result was always greater than the sum of parts.  

Special thanks to Late Maulana Dr Kalbe Sadiq Sahab for his remarkable efforts to provide quality education to all Muslims and to establish Unity College, one of the most renowned academic institutions of Lucknow. He was a noble and great personality who always stressed on strengthening brotherhood in society. I can never repay him for his remarkable contribution to my growth and development. 

Maulana Kalbe Sadiq Sahab, Founder of Unity College, had a very great vision of providing education to every child, and he inspired us all to dream big and work hard to achieve it. 

Kalbe Sadiq was not a name but was a movement to achieve the all-round development of the country & develop excellent models of sustainable development in the field of education & healthcare as per his motto of "achieve excellence" in whichever field you go. It is now the responsibility of his students to carry forward his mission, and believe me, you will find your beloved "Janab" or Baba as I called him by your side to guide you through hardships on this difficult terrain, as a famous Urdu couplet said…

Main kitaabon se nikal aaounga maani bankar

Jab mere saath tafakkur pe zamana hoga.

Maulana Dr. Kalbe Sadiq Sb dedicated his life making quality education available and affordable to all. He always believed that the one thing which brings about a change in the society is education. Now I realize the depth of his long-term vision and teachings which are making more and more sense with each passing day. Humanity will always be indebted to him for his work in the field of education. 

My time at the Unity College truly shaped who I am today. I’d been supported by teachers who genuinely care and encouraged to believe in my own potential. Beyond academics, this school helped me build confidence, resilience, and a strong sense of purpose. I’ve learned to challenge myself, grow from experiences, and work toward my goals with determination. I’m deeply grateful for the guidance, support, and lessons that will stay with me forever.
